Our light-up letters stand four feet tall and glow with warm white festoon bulbs, the kind of soft light that makes every phone in the room come out. LOVE at a wedding, a giant 40 at a birthday, initials at an engagement. They do their best work as the evening draws in, when the bulbs come up and the whole room drifts over for a photo. Simple idea, enormous effect.
Booking takes about two minutes online, no phone queue and no call centre, just pick your letters and your date. We confirm everything by email, then on the day we deliver, position the letters where they will look best, run the cabling out of sight and tape it down properly. When the party is over we come back and collect the lot. You never lift a letter, and at four feet tall you would not want to.
The letters were made for weddings and milestone birthdays within 30 miles of Faringdon, from marquees on Oxfordshire farms to village halls across the Vale of White Horse. LOVE or initials for a couple, a glowing 18, 40 or 60 for the family, and a Christmas party can spell out whatever gets a laugh. If your venue is in our patch, the letters, the van and a person who knows where the socket goes all arrive together.

Book online in minutes
Choose your letters or numbers and pick your date. The whole thing takes about two minutes, there is no call centre to sit through, and you pay nothing today.
We confirm your booking
We check your date, your letter set and any extras in the notes, then email a confirmation with everything agreed so there are no surprises later.
We deliver and set up
On the day we bring the letters, position them where they photograph best, connect the power and tape every cable down safely before your first guest arrives.
We collect when it ends
Once the party winds down we come back, unplug, load up and leave the venue exactly as we found it. Nothing for you to pack or carry.

Which letters and numbers do you have?
The full alphabet and 0 to 9. The standard price covers our classic sets: LOVE, MR & MRS, or any two numbers. Want initials or a different word? Tell us in the booking notes and we will confirm the per-letter price before your date.
Can they go outside?
Under cover, yes: a marquee, gazebo or barn is perfect. They are not built to stand in open rain, so for garden parties we place them somewhere sheltered and they still steal the show after dark.
Do they need much power?
No, they run off one normal socket and draw less than a kettle. We bring all the cabling and tape it down safely.
What if a letter gets damaged during the party?
Normal party wear is expected and priced in, so a scuff or a blown bulb is our problem, not yours. We only charge for genuine negligence, and even then we talk to you first before anything else happens.
What if I need to cancel or move the date?
You get a free date swap or free cancellation up to 7 days before your event, and weather swaps are always free. Nothing is paid until the day, so there is no refund to wait for. Just reply to your confirmation email and we will sort it.
