LED Dance Floor Hire

A starlit floor that turns a village hall into a venue.

Book from £329 per event · delivery, set up & collection included

A white starlit dance floor does something no amount of bunting can. The lights go down, the panels twinkle like a clear night sky, and the room stops being a village hall and starts being a venue. First dances happen on it, questionable uncle-dancing happens on it, and everyone crowds onto it by 10pm. We lay it, level it and edge it, so all you do is provide the dancers.

Booking takes about two minutes online, which is the only way we work, no call centre and no phone tag. We confirm your date and the right floor size for your guest numbers, then liaise with your venue about timings. On the day we arrive before your guests, build the floor, hide the cabling and set the twinkle to your taste. When the party is over we come back and quietly take it all away.

The floor was chosen for weddings and milestone birthdays around Faringdon and the Oxfordshire villages, in marquees, barns and halls that scrub up beautifully once the panels start twinkling. It suits a Christmas party too, the moment someone remembers last year's carpet. We deliver, set up and collect anywhere within 30 miles of Faringdon, which covers most of Oxfordshire and a good slice of Wiltshire and Gloucestershire besides.

LED Dance Floor questions, answered

What size dance floor do I need?

The rule of thumb is a third of your guests dance at once, and each dancer needs about 4 sq ft. Our standard 12ft x 12ft floor suits parties up to about 100 guests. If you are bigger than that, say so in the notes and we will quote a larger floor.

How long does it take to set up?

About 45 minutes for the standard floor. We coordinate with your venue and have it built and twinkling before guests arrive, then break it down quietly at the end or the next morning, whichever the venue prefers.

Can it go in a marquee?

Yes, as long as the marquee has a firm level floor. On bare grass we need boarding underneath, which we can bring, just tell us when you book.

What if someone spills a drink on the floor?

Spilt drinks, heel scuffs and a bit of glitter are normal party wear, and that is expected and priced in. The panels are sealed and wipe clean. We only charge for genuine negligence, something like a floor left out in the rain overnight, and even then we talk to you first rather than just sending a bill.

What if we need to cancel or change the date?

You can swap your date or cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your event, no quibbling, and since nothing is paid until the day, there is no refund to chase. And if the weather forces a change, weather swaps are always free, however late the call.
