How do you keep the soft play clean?
Every piece, including every ball in the ball pit, is sanitised between hires with child-safe antibacterial cleaner. It arrives smelling of nothing, which is exactly how kids kit should smell.
Is it suitable for a wedding?
Honestly, it is one of the smartest wedding add-ons going. A soft play corner keeps toddlers happy through the speeches and gives parents an actual evening. Teamed with the bouncy castle it sorts every child at the do.
Can it go outdoors?
Under a gazebo or marquee on our mats, yes. In open weather, no, little ones and soggy foam are a bad mix. A corner of the hall is its natural home.
What if the children damage something?
Normal party wear is expected and already priced into the hire, small people are not gentle and we know it. We only charge for genuine negligence, which is rare, and we would always talk to you first before any charge is even discussed.
What if we need to cancel or move the date?
You can swap your date or cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the party, and since nothing is paid until the day, there is no refund to wait for. Weather swaps are always free, whenever they happen. Toddlers and forecasts are equally unpredictable, so we keep this bit simple.
