Somebody in the office has been volunteered to organise the summer party, and it might be you. Take a breath. The trick to a good work do is simple: a few things people genuinely want to have a go on, and no clipboard-led team building in sight. FunFast delivers, sets up and collects the kit anywhere within 30 miles of Faringdon, and the whole thing is booked online in minutes. One less meeting about it, at the very least.

Daytime fun days and evening parties need different kit, so decide which you are running first. A summer fun day on the office lawn or a hired field wants giant games spread out so people drift between them, with no timetable and no forced teams. An evening do wants a booth and music. If families are invited, and around here they often are, add something for the children, because a colleague who can let their kids loose safely is a colleague who stays past 4pm.
Practicalities to check before you book anywhere: power, ground and timings. Rural Oxfordshire venues can be short on sockets, so ask where the nearest 13A supply is, and note that our games need none at all. Marquees and barns need firm level ground for anything with a platform. And agree access times with the venue, because we set up before your guests arrive and can collect the same evening or next morning, whichever suits the site.
Most kit is ready within an hour, and we arrive before your guests so nobody watches us build it. Booths take about an hour, games are laid out in minutes, and everything is safety checked before we leave. Tell us your start time in the booking notes and we work backwards from it. Collection happens after the event or the next morning.
Most of the kit copes. The giant games are all-weather and play happily on damp grass, and the booths belong indoors or under cover in any case. If the forecast looks genuinely grim we talk to you the day before about moving things inside or switching your date, so a wet Wednesday does not sink the whole event.
That is exactly who this kit is for. Nothing here requires teams, name badges or a whistle. People wander up to giant Jenga with a coffee, someone starts a quiet rivalry, and an hour later the finance department is limbo dancing entirely of its own free will. The best work events are the ones where joining in is optional and happens anyway.
