The best weddings feel effortless, even though everyone knows they were not. The dress, the speeches, the great-aunt on the dance floor at midnight. Your job is to enjoy it, not to lug a dance floor across a marquee at 8am. That is where we come in. FunFast delivers, sets up and collects every piece of kit, anywhere within 30 miles of Faringdon, and you book the lot online in a few minutes. No phone tag, no fuss.
A starlit floor that turns a village hall into a venue.
See details & book →Why: A starlit floor makes the first dance feel like a proper moment, and we lay, level and edge it before guests arrive.
A full-length mirror that talks, takes photos, and gets a queue all night.
See details & book →Why: Full-length photos mean the dresses and suits actually make it into the shot. It queues all night at weddings.
Four feet tall, warm white bulbs, and the best photo backdrop you can hire.
See details & book →Why: Four-foot LOVE or MR & MRS letters in warm white bulbs, the backdrop half your wedding photos end up using.
Ten giant games, one big lawn, zero bored guests.
See details & book →Why: Ten giant games fill the gap between ceremony and dinner, and giant Jenga gets more competitive than the speeches.
Think about your day in two halves. The afternoon is drinks on the lawn, gentle mingling, and photographs, so that is where garden games and a soft play corner earn their keep. The evening is the dance floor, the booth queue and the last song. Kit that suits one half rarely suits the other, so spread it out rather than piling everything into the marquee. Your guests will drift naturally from one thing to the next, which is exactly what you want.
A few Oxfordshire specifics worth knowing. Many village halls and rural venues around here have noise curfews, often 10 or 11pm, so check yours before you book a band. Marquee weddings need a firm, level floor for anything heavy, and power can be further away than you think, so ask your venue where the sockets are. And plan for children early: a wedding with 15 kids and nothing for them to do is a wedding with 15 kids on the dance floor during the speeches.
We coordinate directly with your venue so you do not have to relay messages. Set up usually happens in the morning or early afternoon while the room is being dressed, and we collect either at the end of the night or the next morning, whichever the venue prefers. Just add your venue contact in the booking notes.
Yes, marquees are home turf for us. The dance floor, mirror and letters all need a firm level floor and a standard 13A socket, which most marquee companies provide as standard. If your marquee is going on bare grass, tell us when you book and we bring boarding for the dance floor.
Give them their own corner and everyone has a better day. A soft play area keeps the under-5s happy through the speeches, garden games occupy the older ones during the drinks reception, and parents get to be guests rather than referees. Put it within sight of the tables but away from the bar and the cake.
